RETURNS, SHIPPING & CONTACT

RETURNS
Please email charlie@nowaysmelb.com with the following information:
- ORDER NUMBER & PRODUCT
- ISSUE details and image of detail (if possible) 

- Returns will only be accepted where the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags in place. 

- Returns will only be accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your goods.

- Returns will be issued for faults in manufacturing process, however we cannot issue returns due to general wear and tear.

- Returns cannot be issued due to sizing (Eg. 'Does not fit') - please read size guides attached in product descriptions

- In the event a return does not meet the above standards, we reserve the right to reject the return.

We will try to respond as soon as possible, however please note we may take longer during drop periods.

SHIPPING
- DOMESTIC orders will be shipped via AUSPOST.

- Standard and Express domestic shipping options are available. Please see auspost site for shipping timeframes.

- Although our team will pack, process and send the orders as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped - UNLESS SPECIFIED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Shipping delays may be posted on our Instagram stories (@NOWAYSMELB).


- International shipping options may be available at checkout. These orders will be shipped via Auspost - please see their site for timeframes. Allow a few additional days for international orders to be shipped.

- For MISSING PARCEL enquires, please contact AusPost directly.
